REQUIREMENTS

Rental’s Requirements:

We require all of our customers to meet the following general requirements:

• You must have a current, valid U.S. or State, or International drivers license.
• You must be at least 25 years of age
• You must demonstrate adequate riding skills.
• You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized renters under your rental agreement to operate your rental slingshot.
• A $1000 deposit is required at check-in. During check in, a $1000 authorization hold will be placed on your card. Once the authorization hold is released, the authorized amount will return to your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank account or credit provider.
• We are by reservation only: You must complete a reservation online or over the phone in order to secure your rental. Under no circumstances will we cancel another customers reservation in order to accommodate your reservation, regardless of the number of vehicles rented or duration of the rental.
• We want you to enjoy the full experience of the Slingshot. Be safe, be caring, and have fun!
• OUR #1 Rule: NO burnouts or donuts will be tolerated. We take note of the tire thread counts and will bill you for a new tire if there is any signs of such action.

Insurance:

We require all of our customers to meet the following insurance requirements

• Insurance is required
• The cost for this is $25.00 per day. This insurance is mandatory and must be purchased on behalf of the customer prior to taking custody of the slingshot Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
• You are required to purchase state mandated minimum liability insurance from our insurance provider. The cost for this is $25.00 per day. This insurance is mandatory and must be purchased on behalf of the customer prior to taking custody of the slingshot
• Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
• In the event that any damages are done to the vehicle, the total damage repair cost will be deducted from the $1,000 hold. Additionally, any damage repair cost that exceeds the $1000 hold, the renter will also be fully responsible for the total amount of the damage repair cost up to the full deductible amount.
• All coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for property, personal or otherwise, or damage as a result of negligence on the part of the renter or passenger for any illegal use of the slingshot or its use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are ill, or sick, or on any prescription or over the counter medication you cannot operate our slingshot.
• Keep in mind you are responsible for the operation of your rental slingshot.

Rental Rate:

*200 miles per day/ $.99 cent each additional mile
*$75 unlimited mileage

*All vehicles must be returned with full tanks, unless you opt for our $60 unlimited gas option.

*Helmet, goggles and mask for driver and passenger are available for an additional fee.

License Requirements:

The classification of the Polaris Slingshot® is state-dependent*. The most common classifications are motorcycle, which requires a motorcycle endorsement or license, and autocycle which only requires a state driver’s license**. In the state of Florida, you do not need a motorcycle endorsement. A state driver’s license is sufficient.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

-Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation

-Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances

– Weather is not a cancelable reason unless we are under hurricane watch

-Customers can rebook online if they need to change the time or date of reservation

– Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation

-No-shows will be charged the full price of the rental
